Q. What if I drop my bracelet, watch or earring and it chips or breaks what can I do?
A. I guarantee all my jewelry so, if a piece should chip or breaks
simply send it back to me and I will fix it at no charge. I may not
be able to make an identical bead but I will come close. If it is
a pair of earrings, I will come as close to duplicating the original
pair as I can.
Q. Do you make identical pieces--like 4 plates that are exactly the same?
A. Yes, I can do that. Many times when I do a custom kitchen or bath,
I am asked to do all the pulls the same. Of course, glass does its
own thing in the kiln and so it is possible that all pieces may not
be exactly identical.
Q.
Are the plates, bowls, platters, and soap dishes washable?
Can I put them in the dishwasher, microwave, or oven?
A. All my pieces are food and dishwasher safe. Do not put them in the microwave or the oven-they will break.

Q.
Will fork tines or knife edges scratch the surface of my glass pieces?
A. No. I have not found that to be a problem. My items have been used
for many years and I have had no complaints about scratches.
Q.
Do you do custom work to fit my color scheme or décor?
A. Yes. I do a lot of custom work. If there is a specific design or color combination you wish, call or e-mail me and we will work together to get just what you want. A 50% deposit is required once a design has been agreed upon. See the "Custom Order" section of this site.
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States? And, if so, how do I pay?
A. Yes, I ship all over the world. U.S. prices are noted by each piece.
Prices for shipping outside the U.S. are approximately double those
for in the U.S. and must be paid in U.S. dollars.
